Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Understood and accepted God’s free Gift of salvation at age 7. Fully surrendered my life to God at age 16.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Missionary to Japan with LIFE Ministries (22 years)

Currently serving in Mission Dept of Westminster Chapel as Intercultural Minister and now Outreach Minister

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Touring every summer for four years with both the college choir and college trio with both the accompanying responsibilities and leadership growth involved

Being a mother! Raising two children in a passport culture. Learning how to both lead and humbly receive help from others.

Being invited to join the staff of a mega-church in 2003 – being ‘seen’ by a pastor and given the opportunity to develop leadership skills.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Learning to adjust to a new culture and language – helped me understand what newcomers to the US go through

Family issues of neglect, addictions, and judgmentalism have given me compassion for others who struggle with those issues themselves or with those they love.

Growing up on poverty-level subsistence gives me a sense of how the majority of people in the world live
