S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Tyler Tyalbert for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love seeing others smile. I work hard to provide encouraging words and elevate as much mental turmoil as possible. Being able to provide even the smallest encouragement can go along way.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love being a gifter/giver- even with my own friends and family. My 10 year goal is being able to bless someone daily with either words or actions. I love giving to others, buying someone’s meal/coffee, donating, etc.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love working with the individuals that people in our society would deem “less than.” I have worked with the developmentally disabled in the past, I work with individuals with mental illness daily, and I see people at their lowest. I show them mercy, support, and encouragement.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
[E]xperience
I have grown up in church, in and out, throughout my whole life. Roughly 10 years ago I started attending a church myself and my now husband. The church was our where I learned what family was- they taught me forgiveness, no one is perfect, what worship was, and how to dive into the word. I love God because he is faithful and always there for us. We attended this church form 12/2009 till 9/2018
Greeter, Harvest Church Albemarle, NC ( 8 years)

Meeting my husband when I was 14. Dated for 6 years, engaged for 2, and now married for 4. Total of 12 years together.
Having the ability to go to undergrad, grad school, earn my masters, buy a house, and work in a field I love.
Navigating life when my husband was going through a single episode of major depression and anxiety.
Learning my husband had a small pornography addiction- The lord delivered him of this 3 years ago to this date.
Having 4 parents. My father wasn’t as active in my life growing up. He is a wonderful dad now after our “heart to heart,” but for awhile it was tough.
