#2 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (75%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Because of the trials and tribulations that have occurred and at times still occurring, I had to seek God presence and strength to endure.. In many instances we want the sunshine but not the rain. What God has taught me is that sunshine and rain goes together for you can not have one without the other. I also learned that I will praise God whether the sun is shining or whether it is a torrential rainfall. One thing that I have found out is that when there is hard times, God’s strength, mercy, forgiveness, love is much better that anything that I have every experienced. Also in some instances, the trials of life reminds me to communicate and pray to God when otherwise I would not. As I tell anyone that I have a chance to talk to is that everything that happened in my life, I have come out of because of the God grace and mercy. I may not have come out as I expected, but nevertheless, I can out because I am still her able to pray, praise and give thanks, even for the trial and tribulations. Theh Bible also tell use that we will have trials and tribulations, so why are we so disgruntled or surprised when we have issues or problems.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Assisting nonprofit in financial management practices

2. In one instance, I prepared five years of tax returns for a small business. After completing the tax returns, I also prepared its SBA and DBE certifications. As a result of the SBA certification, the small business was able to obtain, loans, bonding and was awarded Federal construction constricts in excess of $4 million. As a reward for assisting the small business, I thought that he would either hire me or in someway give m a piece of the newly awarded contract. But on the contrary. he said that he had no work for me. Although I was disappointed, I realized that I was to help without getting paid because I did it for God.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
