#1 Gift, Administration (93%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I do not enjoy “normal office work” per say, I’m quite surprised by this one being my TOP. The main thing relatable may be my strong desire for goal setting, making the plan to reach the goal, organizing/training people working together in this area, I guess ties into “teaching” being second.

#2 Gift, Teaching (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
In the other spiritual giftings test “Shepherding” was a higher number, This I grouped into “teaching”, leading groups of people, taking them under my wing etc.

#3 Gift, Evangelism (84%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
God has been building a stronger desire in me to share more openly what He’s done in my life, to share my stories for His glory. So others’ hearts can me moved toward him through my sharing either one on one or more publicly.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was 16yrs old, at a very low point in my life. I was actually planning how i was going to take my own life, God had been working on my heart leading up to this day but I was forced by my family to go to my Grandma’s church on a Sunday while we were visiting and it was there that God met me, The sermon was all about loneliness and how God can heal a broken heart, he just needs all the pieces, This message for for me that day. I went up front during the altar call and a couple people prayed over me in the spirit and in that moment I surrendered it all. God came in and filled me with the holy spirit and delivered me from drug and alcohol addiction and also from demon oppression. From that day forward I was a completely different person.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Children’s ministry, music ministry, small group leader, sunday school teacher, youth leader.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Teen church camp and the fact that someone in the church sponsored my trips so i could go.

Meeting my husband and having our ministry together

being blessed with my children

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

My rough teen years with chemical dependence, opening the door to darkness

When my niece died, this was the start of feeling the loss of so many others more deeply, several friends gone too soon, grandparents etc.

The divorce of my first marriage was very traumatic so I have a heart for christians specifically going through divorce or facing hard times in their marriage.
