My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

As a child at evangelical free church & Bible camps.

Christian crisis counseling (phone counselor), teaching children at vocational Bible schools, evangelical skits, jail ministry, emotionally ill friends, shut-ins or outcast. elderly, doing errands/helps, helpful insights at Bible studies, praying, confrontation.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Various compassionate Christian women teachers.

Reading Bible & Christian books (self-study).

Stepping out & being vocal for God. Sharing my own experience with others.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Unexpected betrayal — Being hurt in a church when I had a 10-day God visitation & no one was capable to minister to me. Later discovering the woman in charge who prayed for me, took me in became angry when I had that experience, because she was waiting for it. So shock that I wasn’t really taken in but rejected, though they told me I would be taken in & I thought mentored.

Betrayal — Mother with serious emotional illness troubles, having to care for her & finally having family turn on me in the end, saying I was not good to her after being her caregiver for 30 years.

Being a single mother with a chronic health issue. Being largely ignored or put off by the church.
