#1 Gift, Teaching (87%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I was gifted with a high intellect and enjoy learning. I like to contemplate what I have learned and derive application or example that makes the topic easy to consume. It is very satisfying to see the light come on in a persons spirit when they genuinely understand something new.
My shortfall is that I can sometimes be a know it all, monopolize the podium, and talk over or faster than my audiences ability to comprehend. I can also digress and lose focus or progress toward the end state.

#2 Gift, Administration (78%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
My mind instinctively runs through a sequence of events or plan of action very rapidly. I then process the potential risks to determine corrective actions as second nature. I have received extensive formal training and education in this continuous improvement process. I am also creative and view few boundaries except those determined by morality, ethics, and law. These traits lend to a keen ability to plan. I am acutely aware that it takes a good team with clear duties, responsibilities, and authorities to get anything notable done. I excel at improving existing systems more than creating them from scratch.
These strengths come with weakness as well. I sometimes seem negative or cynical, always noting the next point of failure. My rapid processing ability occasionally leaves a gap between where I am at in the process and where my team is during planning. I can get bogged down in details. I often seek perfection instead of excellence. I can become paralyzed by the multitude of things the correct. I am not a good finisher.

#3 Gift, Pastoring/Shepherding (71%)

I really care about and love people. knowing that I helped someone brings deep joy to my soul.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Serving others and making a difference in their life

2. Creating something that I can look back at and see. knowing that I was an integral part of something tangible that made or even better continues to make a difference.

3.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I work best with people that are ethical, open-minded, ambitious, industrious, loyal, competent and passionate about the endeavor. I am not as concerned with age as I am individual maturity and reasoning ability. In general, I would seek to work with those aged 15 or more years that are not mentally handicapped, senile, dimensional etcetera.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
