[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Grew up in a church family, drifted away in late teens. The Lord touched me at a church retreat while in my late 20s.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

WEB – Mission team leader

WEB – Youth Leader

Crossing Church – Deacon

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Marriage – Sherry has supported me and pushed me to make commitments that I would have shied away from on my own.

While living in Russian I attended a local church for 7+ years, it was very rewarding to develop friendships with some very humble Christians who lived there lives every day with Christ on their minds and lips.

During my time in Russia I was very involved with another church that I did not attend to help them contruct a Help Center that supported addicts to get of the streets. I seen how that type of ministry can truly change someone and bring them to Christ.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

I have experienced living a negative lifestyle and how quickly you can walk away from Christ and how hard it is to return.

I have experienced losing my job while having a young family and having to struggled to keep supporting them.

I have had work away from home and understand the consequences it has on marriages and families.
