S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I feel like I got mercy showing because I am always the person in the group who feels bad for someone or wants to help someone when they are going through someone.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I would say sometimes I can encourage people to a fault. I can come off as pushy at times, but I really do want what is best for others. I have tried to be more aware when people are not interested in what I have to offer or encourage. I have come to the realization the people will do something when they are ready and I cannot push them.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I do enjoy teaching and leading others. I am very relatable to others and try to help them feel comfortable around me. I have only shown an interest in teaching others about Christ since I started attending a bible study group. I want those close to me to grow closer to Christ. I want my relationships to include Christ and it not to be an awkward or avoidable conversation.
[H]eart
1. Travelling and see new places.
2. Spending time with family and friends. Most of my friends live out of town so it is a real treat to see them. I wish I had the best of both worlds where all my family and friends lived in one area.
3. I love working out and moving my body. It is therapeutic for me and does more for my mind than my body. I have to be careful to not obsess over my body and understand that it is everchanging, but when I workout it makes me feel good.
I do love elderly folks. I feel like I relate to them best. I don’t feel like I relate to small children.
I think the American church has turned into how much money you can give or what your status is. I wish we could get away from status and money in life. Money and things do not excite me – I try to remind myself of that constantly.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
[E]xperience
I have been a Christian for as long as I can remember. I feel like I started to really consider my relationship with Christ in 8th grade, but my relationship with Christ has been a yoyo.
None.
Family – parents, sister, grandparents, cousins & aunts
Having supportive friends who I can talk to about anything.
Having a job that I look forward to going to every day.
Toxic Relationships – friendships & romantic relationships
Knowing I want a relationship with God, but completing ignoring him when I want to control my own life.
Not forgiving others. I find it very hard to forgive once you have crossed or in my eyes done me wrong.
