S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Tracy for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have always been able to speak life into those broken, lost, addicted, homeless, or less fortunate. I am a life speaker to all I meet daily and love talking and helping others understand.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I’ve always been able to speak to large numbers and be a leader. Most jobs I’ve had have been in some type of management and I’ve always been a leader not a follower.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have a servants heart and feel others pain regardless of their situation.
[H]eart
1. Be in nature always noticing all the little things most take for granted daily in God’s beautiful creatures and creations. His artwork and all the beauty he gave us to behold though everyone of the senses he has given us.
2. Helping others
3. Singing worship
I can work with anyone and enjoy every minute.
I believe Christians have grown complacent and have forgotten the Godly foundation this Earth was built upon a lot. We have several lukewarm Christians and God wants us on fire. All in or all out. To many Christians afraid to stand up and stand in the gap for Christ.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

I was born into a mafia family with many childhood horrors that led me to Christ, the only safety I ever felt I had them into Parenthood raising Christian children, teaching children’s church and being into choir then special music at church, to list in drug addiction, overdosing ( almost dying) and having to find myself again and get back to God and back on track.
