#1 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (87%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I always enjoy encouraging others (even when I was a young child). The Lord always brings people to me to encourage.

#2 Gift, Teaching (87%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
This gift goes hand in hand with the gifts of encouragement and exhortation. I don’t just encourage but am compelled to teach/lead/ or guide others to victory in Christ! This gift has also been very evident in my life from very young, it’s actually spilled over into my vocational career as I have become a Training and Development Manager.

#3 Gift, Prophecy (81%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I don’t believe is proclaiming to be prophetic BUT I know the Holy Spirit is. And He’s never led me astray, very often when I’m around a group of people the Holy Spirit will began to led me in conversation, afterwards I often hear people tell me that I spoke specifically to something they were dealing with, or thinking of. I know this is God and I’m thankful, humbled, and honored to be used by Him in this way.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Caring for my family (husband and children)

2. Reading & Studying God’s Word, spending time alone in prayer

3. Encouraging, motivating, teaching, leading women into deeper relationships with Christ and each other.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Women of all ages – Struggle with placing an age restriction here. There are young women (teenage years) who are experiencing situations that are older than their years, I wouldn’t want to exclude them. (i.e. teenage sex, pregnancy, etc). However my passion is not specific to young women only, it is for all women

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Welcoming (not sure what ministry this would fall under), I feel VERY strongly about the church welcoming/ embracing people. Actively working towards ensuring that there is a place for everyone and that people feel welcomed and not like they have to become part of a “clique” in order to be accepted or embraced.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
