S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Alexandra Mortimer for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

I love to spend time find the answers and what to help others to both learn that skill and benefit from what I have already learnt.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
To provide for others with no thought of return is one of the clearest ways I can be Christ in my life, to bring a fraction of joy and make them feel love in that moment.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
One of my natural skills that can be employed in the human endeavours of being church in the 21 century.
[H]eart
1. Praising God and enabling others to do so too.
2. Praying for people and making them know that they are worthy of that time and effort and that God responds even if they don’t have the language to speak for themselves.
3. Providing an environment for others to explore who they are in Christ and what revelations that brings about.
Working alongside other Christians, especially women, to provide the support network for others to start or continue their own faith journey, across any ages, and to feel empowered to do so.
The need to ensure we are not apathetic to our own growth in Christ and to celebrate and give thanks for all the kissing we have that we often ignore.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
