#1 Gift, Administration (96%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have always had the gift of organization or understanding and creating structure to environments or systems that currently lack in those areas. I can reasonably understand how this would be one of my highest ratings as I enjoy clear, concise, and effective processes.

#2 Gift, Evangelism (93%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
What I have witnessed in the Baptist Church as Evangelism I would disagree with this as my gift. In understanding the term, I believe it is the people who are drawn to me and the empathy and compassion I share that communicates the power of Christ over my life and through association their lives. I believe that the words spoken over my family by my elders have provided for my generation when we were struggling and in order to continue those blessings we must prepare in advance. Generational wealth is not only financial but spiritual and mental.

#3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Similar to evangelism it is my faith in God and knowledge of all things working together for the good of the individual. When we have trials and tribulations it is our faith, perspective and attention to detail that allow us to come out prosperous.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love to provide my daughter with enrichment opportunities so that she can be a beacon of greatness in the world.

2. I love to participate / patron spoken word and activities that are voicing the concerns effecting our families and consequently community.

3. I love to love providing positivity and support to those in need. (Which is everyone)

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I love to work with youth (Infant – 25). Anyone that needs a listening ear or anyone that God has placed on a path crossing me or to me. I believe that youth need it the most as there are things mentally, scientifically, and physically occurring they may not be able to process independently and they need the security, non-judgement, and guidance to make successful life choices.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I believe that church issues are community issues. I am most passionate about youth enrichment, family support, exposure in impoverished/underfunded communities, restructuring of toxic mindsets.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I became a Christian as a teenager acknowledging when the trials in my life logically should have over powered my life and they didn’t. Because I am extremely analytical and practical that showed me the power of Christ.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Shiloh Baptist Church, Plainfield/NJ, Youth/Toddler Ministry Assistant, 8 Years

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

The birth of my daughter, Simone. Allowed me to love unconditionally and continues to instill the power of prayer and working without selfish desires.

The love of one of my best friends. Teaching me levels of forgiveness, prayer, and the power of relationships.

The milestones in developing my skill / comfort in public speaking and communicating as a whole. The power of sharing thoughts the necessity of every individual voice to success.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

The feeling of being hated as a child by those closest to me. This instilled the importance of empathy and compassion I actively exude for others.

The exposure to physical, sexual, and mental violence. Allows me to identify the behaviors, listen, mentor and provide for others with out judgement or sympathetic over indulgence.

Hostile educational personnel and facilities provided the importance of safety both physically and mentally.
