Thank you Amaju Benjamin Omayone for taking the SHAPE Assessment. Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

😊 This is interesting. Grew up in a setting mixed with the good, bad and ugly. But thankfully, my knit family exposed me to more of the good. Had a Baptist upbringing so fell in love with the knowledge of the Word and represented my local church in competitions. During my teenagehood, leadership and university preparation came calling, and that was when I totally decided to be for and be identified as Christ’s own no matter what, and no matter where.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

God’s Throne Ministries, Warri
Sunday School Teacher (2007 – 2011)

God’s Throne Ministries, Warri
Bible Study Secretary and Acting Secretary (2006 – 2010)

Redeemed Christian Fellowship, University of Benin
Counselor (2008 – 2013)

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Meeting Pst Tony Mene (2006)

Meeting Pharm (Mrs) Omare Banke (2011)

My current job (2018)

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Heartbreak (2016)

Loss of investments (2016)

Job loss (2018)
