S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results

Thank you Anaya Hendricks for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

#1 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I personally haven’t experienced many hardships throughout my life, but in turn have witnessed and supported people through more than I can count. From talking many friends down from suicide, to lifting others out of depression and anxiety attacks, it’s really something I’ve learned how to do well because I had no other choice.

#2 Gift, Administration (78%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I’ve always been a leader naturally, most times though I just sit in the background until I am needed. The logical mind of thinking through every possible outcome comes very easy to me.

#3 Gift, Prophecy (68%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
My dreams have always shown me things that would soon come. I feel like God speaks to me the most and gives me warnings and allows me time for preparation through the messages He sends in my dreams.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Be a teacher. Teach. Know that I’ve helped someone learn something or I’ve given someone something that they would’ve never received without me. Knowing that people are looking up to me and I am their example.

2. Finding God through music. Dissecting the way music is created and how it tells a story. Finding songs that the artist wrote where the lyrics can be sung to God no matter what the song is necessarily about. I feel like God lives in music too, so I’m always looking for Him there.

3. Loving the people that love me. Making sure I’m doing everything in my power to make sure that they feel loved in all the ways I wish I would have been. Loving people in the details. Something as small as knowing I made someone smile would brighten my week. Allowing anyone in my presence to feel seen and acknowledged and appreciated.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

People older than me, I like to learn and they like to talk. I feel like I have easier work conversations with people older than me because there’s no guessing they just get right to the point. People who don’t mind helping the next person when they’re in need.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Went to church majority of my childhood. Started school in Hammond and felt like God was calling me there but ignored it. New Years 2024 I felt love like I had never had before and decided I wanted to never not be in His presence like that again so I pursued Him. Ran away from God all summer, but realized after many encounters that He wasn’t giving up on me and had been blessing me all throughout my anger and avoidance. One day I just decided to give it all over and stop running.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Word of Life Christian Center, Darrow LA, Childhood (Family) Church from since I was born probably up until 3rd or 4th grade

True Light Worship Center, Gonzales LA, a member from 2018-2024

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Graduating high school

Completing girl scouts (getting all my patches on my sash)

Working for my high school and being able to mentor kids

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Constantly losing friends and family members that I had grown close to

My first encounter with the death of a close family member

Watching my family break apart/ Seeing how easily family betrays family
