1. Taking care of my family- One of the greatest God given responsibilities given to me. I love my family and its a true joy to lead them, serve them and care for them. My family needs to see Christ physically reflected in how I chose to lead them.
2. Seeing the NextGen discover their God given gifts and talents and use them to lead people younger and older. I love to let them lead, take risks and help them learn to serve others through it.
3. Empowering a parent to be the spiritual leader in their home and equipping them to lead their child to a faith in Christ. Giving them resources that helped them
I love working with children’s ministry volunteers as they make ministry and serving fun and ages really dont matter as I have worked with students all the way to elderly in their 60-70’s. Anyone can show up and make a difference in the life of a child.
Having a vision and mission that stick, turning around volunteer burnout, helping a church move past the 250,500 & 1,000 mark, people in general using their gifts and being impacted through them in the church. Children’s and student ministry developing a strategy that works and a church that focuses on families since they are the primary spirtual leaders in their homes.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

In high school my senior years I went on a mission trip performing with Christian Arts Group “Continental singers” and God confirmed on the trip a calling to start using my gifts in fulltime ministry
Interning in student ministry after God prompting me to change from secular college to a Christian University Online. With this internship the doors opened for me to develop my gifts and leadership to teach, disciple and lead students in ministry.
Working through years of ordination in my church of the Nazarene district in North Dakota and becoming ordained this fall because of God’s calling for me to take opportunity to finish my years of experience as Family Pastor at Thrive CC.
While interning, a fellow intern was fired for crossing the physical boundary lines with a student. The intern was a sex addict and it was hidden to all of this came out and new policies were created for intern and student relationships and boundary guidelines to protect us and our ministry in the future.
Working at a coffee retail chain and having a workman’s comp injury. Met so many people after physical therapy who cannot function any longer same way. Gave me compassion and tested my character as many “milked” recovery time and getting paid for being disabled even when they were not.
Serving previously at a church where staff were treated like dogs and disrespected by senior staff, rather than be encouraged and to use their gifts to make the church and team better.
