Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
I was a teenager and a friend from school invited me to her church where her father was the Pastor. I heard the message and it spoke directly to my heart. I hesitated and I heard the altar call. When the Pastor asked the congregation to start praying to intercede for those struggling with making their decision for Christ as their Savior. I fell to my knees and the Pastor asked me if I wanted to ask Jesus to be my Lord and Master. I accepted!
I have served as a Sunday school teacher and leader of Ladies ministries and youth ministry.
Teaching for 43 years.
Leadership for 30 years.
I learned to stay in the word from the beginning. I had such a hunger for his word. I always wanted to learn more. I never missed Bible conferences.
I detoxed from all media for a while to I could get the mind of Christ down in my soul.
I learned to be patient through many trials and tribulations with my walk with Christ.
The political issues that go on in the church. People not really serving people just trying to rise up to the next level for financially or political gains.
I went through a divorce and it was a very painful decision and experience. It taught me to be mindful of those that go through the same. I receive so many calls, texts, and messages for advise. To God be all glory.
I learned who the real of my soul is. It is not the people. It is the enemy that uses them to bring you down. The discernment is from God.
