[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love talking to woman who are struggling and letting them know that today isn’t the end of it all.

2. I love the Lord with all of me.

3. I love my husband and family more than I can explain.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Woman, mid 30th and up. The single mother, the woman trying to get her feet back on the ground. The woman who has no idea where to turn next

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I came to a place in my life that I could not handle. I knew that if I didn’t turn to the Lord life would never be the same. That was 21 years ago and life has not been the same from that time until today.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

SPC, Somerville, NJ Pastor Pat I joined and served under her for 8 years.

Evangel Church, Scotch Plains, NJ I did the Woman’s ministry and Prison ministry with Evangel. I served there for 4 years

New Vision Ministry in Plainfield, NJ 4 years. I was the church secretary.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Getting married 4 years ago to the best guy ever!!!

Leaving NJ on my own and coming to PA. Although, I was afraid it was the best thing I could have done for myself.

Hiring Elder Nikki as my life coach! That was big and helped me so very much.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Loving people that didn’t love me.

My sons being incarceration the first time took the breath out of me.

Not knowing when a season was over and to move on.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. I would have a thriving Life Coach business. Helping my sister in all the areas that have held them back.

4. Helpling those who have been locked up to get their lives back on track.

5. Single mother’s with their children. Making sure that they had what the need to be successful and their children.
