[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love the idea of people getting together having tea or eating a meal discussing the Lord and how he’s worked in their lives are being taught lessons of the Lord.

2. I love helping people organize either objects or people. I like seeing order and things functioning as best as they can.

3. I enjoy singing, praise the Lord, whether it be in my own private home, inquire at church or leading worship.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I have always enjoyed working with the senior citizens. I have come to learn to work with my own Pure group. I like working with the hurting people or people who are longing for something for as their needs are met in the physical. You can meet their needs in the spiritual, and seeing the light of Christ in their eyes is all I need.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

One ministry I enjoyed a lot was the church would have a potluck after service on Sunday and the congregation would gather and enjoy a fellowship in a meal. Right now the CR that meets on Thursday nights needs praise team leader I’ve been helping out with that.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I first accepted Christ as my personal Lord and Savior at the age of four. At the age of 29 after having disowned God, I recommitted my life to Christ since then I have continued to grow in my relationship with Christ, looking to him to fulfill all my needs.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

I first served in Sunday school at North Heights Lutheran Church in Arden Hills, Minnesota. I was an assistant Sunday school teacher for four years and a Sunday school director for three.

I taught children character qualities with a ministry called IBLP for 15 years I travel to different states and different countries. They were usually seminars that were six days. Children aged 4 to 12 I’d either be an assistant teacher or a head teacher.

Messiahs, East Gate Church in East Saint Minnesota, Sunday school Director for two years.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Teaching with IBP character qualities that children should live by really affected me in that when a child received Christ as their Lord and Savior the calmness that would overcome them in the light that would shine in their eyes.

Messiahs East Gate Church East Saint Paul, Minnesota. I did the floral arrangements and made sure that the colors and candles were correct according to the Lutheran calendar. I was also the Sunday school Director for two years.

On a mission trip to Singapore going to churches there seeing how the people worship God in their faith in Christ really challenged me to have a more full understanding in Christ and that he really is my all in all.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

At Messiahs East Gate Church they decided to change in staff was needed without talking with me. I was informed I would no longer be directing Sunday school. I held a bitterness for a while towards the people there and God. I have come to see that it was his will for me in my life that it was time for me to move on.

Attended an IBLP church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After attending there for about a year, I came to realize that they don’t talk about God‘s grace. If you were dressed wrong or accidentally said the wrong thing or didn’t have the correct answer you were kind of shunned. After feeling shunned, I no longer attended that church. Now I strongly believe in God’s mercy and grace and only wanna attend churches that speak about God’s grace. I want to learn to show grace to others, learning to love those who would be shunned.
