S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results

Thank you Naima Williams for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. #1 Gift, Teaching (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love to teach (and am called to teach as well as am an apostle). I study to grow as well as teach others so that they can grow. I have been gifted to demystify difficult Scripture and help believers create steps in walking out Scripture in their day to day lives.

#2 Gift, Pastoring/Shepherding (93%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love God’s people and am very protective of them.

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I’ve been called to the prophet’s office and flow in the gift of prophecy.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Teach God’s Word and bring revelatory knowledge to difficult Scriptures or Scriptures other ministers like to overlook

2. Developing others to being what God called them to be

3. Developing prophets

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I love to work with other Spiritual Leaders who are truly sold out to God and who is about the Kingdom of God. Those who are Kingdom minded.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Not teaching the full counsel of God concerns me; as well as not holding the sheep accountable to the Word of God for the fear of rejection. Compromising the Gospel is another major concern.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I went to church one day as a young girl (between 11-12) and really heard the Gospel and believed. I received Christ as Lord and Savior and somehow, though I was really young, had a trust and belief in Him that would rival more seasoned saints.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Fire Groups of America;

Gateway Restoration Church; and COTHI;

Shekinah Glory International;

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

The establishment of Fire Groups of America

College

My children and grandchidren

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

More than 20 major losses within less than 24 months

Homelessness

Being mocked and ridiculed by others once God awakened and called me as His prophet
