My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Studied for a scripture examination when pre-teen. Suddenly what i was reading from the scripture had meaning for me, my eyes were opened.

Kalamunda Church of Christ – Home group leader – 41 years

kalamunda church of Christ – Missionary Support Committee – 30 + years including some as chair of the Committee.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Opportunities to visit missionaries in their service environments in Indonesia, Japan, Philippines and China

Organising annual “Walk the Wall” walks over 5 years. Loved involving community with the church family.

Privelige of being with my father and my father-in-law as they passed from this live to the next. Also being present for the birth of our three children.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

The painful break up of the church family that we had been part of for 42 years. Has given me some understanding of what family members might go through during divorce. Also, has enabled me to support quite a few others going through the same experience.
