This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I do love talking about God’s love and how He’s working in my life to other believers. With non-believers, I am a lot more careful. I want to reach out to them and share to them about Jesus, however, I want to do it in a more gentle/subtle way. I love learning about the bible, although I do need a lot of help.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
[E]xperience
I was born and raised in a Catholic family. My parents are very devoted and even involved in the charismatic group. So growing up, we always go to church on Sunday and very often go to these charismatics prayer/worship meetings.
On my first Summer in Canada [my parents sent to there for university], that was the very first that I felt so alone. All my friends went home/travelling. And one day, I was just feeling so sad and down and alone, and I remember saying “God, I feel so alone” and a surge of warm-feeling, and I believe that was God’s love just came and filled me, and He came as a friend – and that Summer, I know that God is truly real and His love for me is real!
Worship leader, Event Organizer and Administrative staff in IFGF Toronto, ON Canada [https://ifgf-toronto.org/about/]
My pastors are very positive and encouraging – gently pushing everyone to grow and do/be better. Personally, I’m very thankful for their guidance all those years.
We had a homeless ministry program, and I went a few times during the Winter season. We got to share food and stories with some of them, and it’s really eye-opening listening to their story and how they ended up on the streets.
Life outside the Sunday service for church members is very important to create the sense of belonging/family.
I learn that even though people come to church every week for years and even be involved in ministries, at the end of the day we are all still people/human, still a work-in-progress.
I had a not-so-great experience with someone during my first time being in charge of an event at the my church before. There was a small miscommunication, but this person was so angry and he left the church for awhile.
Not all people who claim to be ‘Christians’ are truly Jesus-loving people.
There is a point in our journey of faith, that it is our own responsibility to ‘feed’ our needs. Meaning, we are no longer a baby that needs to be ‘fed’ by our pastors/leaders sermon/messages, but we should learn to feed ourself, having the initiative to read and study the bible ourself.
