#1 Gift, Mercy Showing (65%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I feel I have a good grasp of the world and every day struggles that people face and believe that I am able to speak to others freely and open . I try to look for positives and not judge. I have been faced with issues personally and with family and I try to keep the perspective that what is going well today , may be going terribly wrong tomorrow. We all fall, and having someone there to help us up could be our true difference in the world. I have not been sheltered and keep up with what is going on and find I am rarely shocked by what can happen to every day people.

#2 Gift, Administration (62%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy planning and doing events and this may be where administration comes from with my gifts.

#3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (59%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I would think of my self on good and bad days as someone who offers encouragement. I find that sometimes the last person I give this to is myself. I really enjoy making others feel good and happy and showing them that I care

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I enjoy fully being with my family. I love to see a laugh or a smile from my husband or my child. I feel so blessed to have my family through good and bad and I truly believe they are what matter.

2. Friends. Growing up the only child, and in a single parent household I learned early on that making relationships with people were the most important and could get you through the worst of times. I also enjoy being there for my friends and giving back to them.

3. Always trying to better myself and I believe that starts with God. I enjoy learning more, and the idea of being attached to a church family to raise our children .

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I have always loved working with eldery folks , teens and children.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I enjoyed youth group so much growing up. Possible needs that excite me are the childrens ministries and the youth group.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
