Any age, man or woman, broken or healed, Christian saved or not. I have a major desire to work alongside others, no matter who or what they are.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

One church issue I hear about most are corrupt pastors. Far too many people have a bad church experience with corrupt pastors. The Youth ministry is by far the most exciting to me.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Once I got to the age of about 10 I started paying a lot more attention to the sermons at church and got into praying. A lot. It became a habit to pray every night, or more each day. As I did that I found out through events I prayed about that came true that hey…God is really there! That spiked my faith and I’ve been driven since then to have more opportunities like that and to share that with others.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Vibrant Church youth group, Night To Shine event.

River Of God youth group. Youth leader for a few months. Past and current Bible Quiz coach for now 2 years. Church clean up days.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Switching churches.

Being the eldest son, taking on older sibling duties.

Playing sports.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Realising who I am through a harsh time of not being myself.

Parents not being there for a short amount of time in my childhood.

Seeing that not receiving love doesn’t mean I can’t give it.
