This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Served in the Administration field for over 15 years and this allowed me to become more efficient and enhance my communication skills, become a proficient organizer, research, scheduling of meetings and events. Also, this field taught me to become resilient in the workforce and my personal life.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Spreading the good news of Jesus Christ of Nazareth has always been a mission of mines. Steering and leading the people towards their fullest potential life has to offer. Discovering their purpose and mission in life, rather than allowing their gifts remain dormant.
In my earlier years, around Thanksgiving I would prepare lunch or dinner’s and take them to area’s in the city where I knew someone was not celebrating this day with family and friends.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Encouraging and persuading an individual to live according to the word of God and make an effort to deal with life’s challenges was intriguing and captivating because that individual began to hunger and thirst for righteousness. I would talk to an individual for 10 minutes or 3 hours until they realized life is more precious than throwing in the towel. Whatever it took to make certain that individual was headed towards the right direction was worth the weight.
[H]eart
1. Spending quality time with my family and ensuring they are secured.
2. Building up and tearing down projects and anything that’s not lined up with the vision and mission; whether at home, work or in the body of Christ and leading people to Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
3. Develop and implement strategies and methods with structuring a community and building self-esteem so that people can take pride where they live. Increase partnerships and participation for greater results with building a community and families.
I prefer working with people that have a heart and desire to serve the LORD and learn more of His attributes. Someone that’s not afraid to be challenged and give back to society. When it comes to age or type of people, there is no preference. All people and cultures need to have the opportunity to change their lives around and become a better citizen.
I feel the body of Christ is not doing enough to assist the unfortunate or people in crisis. Too many people want to be in charge and not allow individuals with spiritual gifts and natural talents to assist without being defensive, jealous or acting as though they know more than the next person. We all have abilities that will enhance the body of Christ.
When leadership request assistance, they need to be mindful that people are human and have various trails they had to overcome or presently walking through. Therefore, when people volunteer they should not be cast out because as a result they will leave or don’t bother to get involved and the church will become a revolving door.
There are times the gospel is being taught and preached, but not reaching the people because everything is on a time clock and seldom allowing the Holy Spirit to move freely. It’s time for a “revival” in the body of Christ that will seek out the disadvantage, loss and allow the church to profit for the up building of God’s kingdom.
The most gratification of coming to church knowing the people of God are being serviced and walking out not feeling defeated.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
