Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was saved at a church camp when I was 8 years old. My only experience with church was going with friends. I grew up with an alcoholic dad and a mom who just didn’t care to go to church. My mom started to get involved with church when I was around 13 years old and I saw her change her life and become saved. I made a lot of mistakes and bad decisions growing up. I didn’t truly realize what it meant to be saved until I was 18 years old. The summer after I graduated high school and was going into college I finally understood what it meant to have a relationship with the Lord. This changed everything about my life.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

I helped John with youth ministry at our previous church. We were there for almost 2 years at First Baptist Church of Asher in Asher, OK.

Now I help John with the youth ministry here at Fellowship Bible.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Marrying my husband.

Having a Christian education for college.

Although moving here has been somewhat recent I think this has impacted me a lot already and changed who I am.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Having a dad that was an alcoholic.

My dad passing away from cancer when I was 21.

Having a strained relationship with my mom.

Wrapping It Up

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. To have a fruitful ministry with John

4. To be a foster family

5. To be a director at a non-profit that serves our community
