#1 Gift, Prophecy (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have the ability to share with others a prophetic word that allows them to reach conclusions about specific things they struggle with, bring confirmation to things they are dealing with, and help them see the path they are on.

#2 Gift, Teaching (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I always seek an opportunity to educate others on the Word of God. I thirst for more information about biblical truths and have a desire to share that knowledge with everyone and anyone that is willing to listen.

#3 Gift, Administration (93%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have the strong ability to organize, manage and implement programs and processes. I look for ways to be more efficient and effective in daily operations. It bothers me to operate in an area that lacks proper structure and those on the team are not willing to fix it.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love to ascertain knowledge on things that interest me. I will read books and search on the internet to find as much as I can about a subject. I draw to others who are willing to share information and try to understand their views and points.

2. I love to see things in place and operate smoothly. I believe everything can be fix or has a specific place, in order to run smoothly and I jump at the opportunity to figure out that place. Once a system, process, or person fits in their place, things operate more smoothly and everyone benefits from it. Any other way – all suffers from a lack of efficiency.

3. I love to help people build their relationship with others and God. Their is nothing better to help a couple that is going through hard times in their relationship to mend what is broken, to see the views of others and willing to meet them at a point that benefits both individuals. This holds true with their relationship with God as well.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I love to work with adults, those seeking to understand God’s Word better and those that are seeking answers to help improve their lives, marriages and relationship in general.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I thrive on helping with the execution of the church vision by educating the people and incorporating areas that address the needs of the people, as well as those we serve in the community.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grow up in the church and always understood the need to have God in my life. As I grew up, I was in and out of the church, but was knew where I was suppose to be. In 1990, I decided to stop playing around and focus on getting my life together and commit to serving God,

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

I have serve in the capacity of a Deacon for 10 years, a Minister for 7 years and a Elder/Pastor for 11 years.

I have served in churches in California, Texas, Virginia, Hawaii, Afghanistan and Japan.

I have served as a Teacher, Deacon, Usher, Financial Team, Executive Leadership, Steering Committee, Curriculum Development, Outreach, and any other ministry that needed a helping hand.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Serving on the outreach team in Okinawa, Japan, where we would go out and visit orphanages and a leprosy colony and minister through praise, worship and word.

Serving in the Gulf War and having no one else to lean upon except the Lord. Drawing on His Strength to not only bring me out but my team as well.

The birth of my children helped me understand the importance of me being a better man and example.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Being raised by a single parent (mother) and not having the constant guidance of a male figure in the home. This experience pushed me to be the best role model and mentor I can be for those in similar situations.

Having two failed marriage in the past, pushed me to understand what it means to be a God-focused man and husband and having the desire to help others build and strong marriage. Learn from my mistakes!

Losing all family members and being the only one living from my birth family. This allows me to appreciate life and relationships, for we know not when they will come to an end. This helps me with sharing with others that are going through the lost of a parent or sibling.
