S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Cassie Reese for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
I was born Jewish. When my children went to church on the church bus they brought back the Word and I was curious about this Jesus and went to church to learn more and accepted Christ and was baptized.
The first church was Open Bible before it was Open Bible in Valdosta on Park Avenue till 1997
Cornerstone on Forrest Street in Valdosta till it changed it’s name to The Gathering and then I came to New Covenant
A friend took me to the homeless shelter to show me how to make back packs for the school children and I was amazed at how many people need help.
A friend invited me to go to the Walk to Emmaus and I was radically changed before I left that weekend.
I am a mother, grandmother and great grandmother to wonderful children who are blessings from God.
My mother never married my father and I can relate to people who feel unloved because I realize that I was blessed with uncles and a grandfather who circled me in love so that I can give hope to others.
I encountered a Jezebel spirit in a church and learned a lot and now I can bring up power that I never thought I had before to fight…..but I pray that I never have to again.
A coworker lied about things that I did at work but I determined to do my best and when I left a different coworker came to me and told me that she went through the same thing and now understood what I went though. I was able to explain to her that God was with me all the time and I wanted her to give her life to Christ too.
