Serving, all these years has been my #1 spiritual gift. I always serve and help anyone I can, especially the downtrodden and sick. Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up a preachers kid. My Dad was always a associate pastor. When I was around 5yrs old I went to the altar and my mom told me I got saved. But I never really remembered it. At age 13, I realized I wasn’t saved and one night I asked my mom to show me how and that’s when I truly got saved

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

I’ve never been employed in any ministry jobs. But I have taught a lot of children in Sunday School

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

My husband, we have been married 42 years

When my 2 sons were born.

When my first grandson was born and the close bond i had with him until he was 3 1/2 years old

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Our finances have never been good. We worked but the pay was never enough. So we have had a lot of financial troubles. It weighs on me all the time

There has been an on going negative situation that I know God is using this to make me stronger in faith, patience and how to deal with spiritual warfare.

My youngest son has always been faithful in the church and when he grew up he really enjoyed teaching high school kids. He even wanted to go to Bible College to be a youth minister. Well, that all went by the wayside when he met a wiccan and bi-polar scitsofrinec woman. Before they got married he still wanted to go to Bible college and witnessed to her. By now he is 35 and I discouraged the marriagr since they did not believe thr same way. It was very long until she had him denouncing God. His temper got really bad and worships as a wiccan now. 2 years into the marriage he lost his job because of his temper and he has not worked in the last 3 years. Then the first baby came, they had no money. They moved in with us and she brought that wiccan evil into my house. We supported them for 3 years. I became very negative and in a bad mood. I was always trying to fight the devil. I did not. Tear me away from God but I did practically lose faith. Finances were terrible. We were evicted because my husband and I just didn’t enough money to support us all. So now for the last 2 years we were homeless for 2 years. My husband and I still had jobs and we were still paying for everything. There was a lot of fighting and arguments and bad feelings for 2 years. One day last October, God suddenly told my husband I to move to Paducah, Ky and my son and wife said they would go too. I said ok and of course I foot the bill. That was in Phoenix, Az but all our stuff was still in storage in Denver,Co. So we went there first and my son and daughter in law and the 2 kids decided to stay in Co. By this time I had no money left so we couldn’t go the rest of the way to Kentucky. But God kept telling us go to Kentucky. My other son gave us gas money so we went. Our stuff is still in Co. We have been in Kentucky for 4 months. And we have refused to give money to my son and my daughter n law. Since Nov and they got mad accussed of all kinds of things. Has called us all kinds of things. Vulgar things. Untrue things and has stopped all contact, won’t tell us their address. And since Nov we have been cut off from talking to the kids or skping. They cut contact off from them too. I’m sorry for the long explanation. There is so much more that has gone on, but it will take forever to explain. So God has allowed us to be in this situation I feel, because now. We have only God to rely on. My faith has gotten stronger and He has given me peace that He is in Control and he has a plan for my son and daughter-n-law and He is there with my grandsons to keep them from harm and he will guard theur minds against the evil that is in that house.
