S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Becca Hudock for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy encouraging other people and walking the journey with them. I do think God has gifted me with the ability to support others, whether it’s in counseling or another supportive-role. We all need encouragement and to know that someone believes in us.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I know what it feels like to be given mercy (from God and others.) Because I’ve been given mercy, I want to show mercy to other people. I don’t believe anyone is ever “too far gone.”
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Sharing the gospel is our #1, main calling. I feel more comfortable sharing about Christ, one on one through relationships, instead of preaching and teaching to a crowd. I also don’t feel strong in my knowledge of the scripture. I am learning more every day but it would be intimidating for me to be the one preaching.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
[E]xperience
My brother was invited to church as a teenager and he was saved at 16 years old. He invited me to come with him to church when I was 11 years old and I instantly became very involved. I was saved at the age of 11 in a children’s church service, however, I became serious in my relationship with God at 13 years old when I was in youth group.
Youth Leader / Fine Arts – (2014 – Current) -Faith Assembly of God – Uniontown, PA
Media/Announcements – (2015 – Current) – Faith Assembly of God – Uniontown, PA
Youth Leader – (Summers home from college – 2008-2011) – Faith Assembly of God – Uniontown, PA
Being involved in a youth group and in the church. It was huge that I had my youth pastor, his wife, and leaders speaking into my life as a teenager.
Marrying my best friend and the support he has shown me throughout our friendship/relationship.
Being raised in an alcoholic home.
The choices I made to “drink, party, etc.” for a season after college.
