Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I became a Christian through my church’s youth group. It was an experience where I could learn more about what it meant to be a Christian, and see that lived out by the leaders and other memebers.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Played guitar on worship team at Anderson Evangelical Free church.

Delivered Network, or “Network Lite” training at Crossroads and Vineyard Florence.

Member of session at Covenant First Presbyterian, also taught Sunday classes.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Teaching computer training classes at first part-time, then as a career. Helped me understand how to effectively share information.

Working for 10 weeks in Osaka, Japan. Help me experience true cross-cultural living, and understand better how we all differ.

Planting a church. Working with a group of motivated folks looking to discover how God wants to use us in our community.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Planting a church. Dealing with the stress and conflict as visions changed and diverged.

Being in a church where what you did was never enough. Experiencing the burn out of always being asked for more.

Having a company that was such an important part of my career development crumble before my eyes through mismanagement and poor decisions.
