Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Age of 11 understood I had sinned and needed forgiveness and that God loved me. I asked Christ to come into my life and experienced and immediate change in the habit of shoplifiting

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Crestmont as a youth the starting hispanic mission
Primera Baptist FTW You minister 4 months UT International ministry, Esperanza FTW teaching, South Fort Worth Youth pastor 1 year, Nueva Betel youth pastor 8 years, pastor 9 years

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

8th grade, God clearly spoke to me on a bus full of football players
about his calling me to proclaim the gospel

2000, at my Dentist and College roommate’s office. God clearly spoke to me about his forgiveness
being greater than may sin. Calling me to get back in the game.

Senior year of high school a girl with Down Syndrome in the same grade taught me that we are all the same in God’s eyes and I should stand up for those who cannot stand up for themselves

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

A moral failure that left me feeling useless to God for almost 15 years. It taught be about God’s great grace and how i should
approach others with that grace

Taking a black student with me to church in college and leading him to join. It cost the pastor his position for standing with us. It taught me about standing for right against loving people
