Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I came to know Christ as a young boy. My Grandmother helped lead me to Christ after listening to the radio with her for many years as a child and prayed with me to accept Christ as my Savior. She was vital to me in my young faith to grow and learn from her experience.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Deacon – The Chapel (Green); 2012-2014

Children’s Ministry Small Group Assistant Teacher – The Chapel (Green); 2009-2014

Children’s Ministry Small Group Assistant Teacher – Stanwood Community Church (Navarre, OH) 2016-2018

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Learning from my wife Susan & ministering with her in various roles

Watching my kids come to know Christ and grow their young faith

Learning from my Grandmother how to walk in Faith in Christ

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Having a close friend die unexpectedly in high school. Dealing with the grief and shock side by side with my classmates.

Watching friends walk away from their Faith in Christ, as well as their children and families in Divorce.

Watching my children struggle with friendships…not fully understanding people’s motives.
