Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was 24 years old when I became a christian. The foundation was laid in my life in my teens years but it was not until later I gave my life to the Lord. For me, it happened when I was getting ready for work one morning. I fell on my knees in the bathroom and surrendered my life to the Lord. I went immediately into our bedroom and shared what happened with my wife.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Houston, TX
Youth Pastor
2 years

Augusta, GA
Youth Pastor
3 1/2 years

Rome, GA
Youth Pastor for 7 years
Associate Pastor for 1 year

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Marriage to my wife

Becoming a dad

Surrender to the ministry

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Working at a church for a difficult pastor

Having ministry, when not managed well, create a wedge in my marriage

Being in a place where you feel like you’ve out-served your area of ministry
