Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was raised in a good Christian home and regularly attended church. I went to Christian Schools. I accepted the Lord at a young age. After college I drifted away and became self absorbed. My father brought me back to Jesus Christ in the mid 1980’s as he battled cancer. I’ve been a devout Christian ever since. It is core to who I am.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Presbyterian Church, Ridgecrest CA & Mililani HI, Elder, 10+ years
Salvation Army Church, Kroc Center HI, Lay Leader, Bible Study Leader, Emergency Disaster Team Founder and Leader, Construction Team Leader, Ministry Team member, 5+ years.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

My marriage over the past 28+ years.

Salvation Army Kroc Center Hawaii – serving in ministries and leadership assignments.

My work for the Navy’s research, development, test & evaluation community. Leading large groups of people as a member of the senior management team.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Divorce

Death of my mom & dad

Losing my job
