My thought of my spiritual gift. Sounds weird but the words and context jump out at me as I read and I can lock principles and organize priorities very well.

#3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
To sum this up my daughter one time after a ultimate frisbee game with the youth said Dad you are the most encouraging guy ever. People just feel good to hear you say they are good and can do it.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Singing to God and leading others to lay down walls and worship their King

2. Teach I love to make people intently passionately pursue the Lord through ignoring their desire to love and please him.

3. Work with youth to formulate thought process and long term visions

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Adults, as adults we S.H.A.P.E. lives including our own. And we shape those who come after. Many times we take for granted what adults should or should not know. We need to unlock them and unleash on the youth of our church to lead them towards tomorrow

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Bad doctrine concern me, great package but bad teaching of soundness(osteen and passion and bethel) scare me for souls seeking. Excited to grow and disciple and just be there for my local body.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
