Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Grew up on church and knew about Jesus. Began a real relationship with Him when he called me out at age 28. I finally fully surrendered to Him then and have been following Him ever since.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

FBC Wimberley – (2017 – present) – involved in couples small group, Prayer Ministry Team, Financial Administrator, Women’s Ministry leader

Cypress Creek Church, Wimberley, TX – (2008 – 2017) – Small group leader, Women’s Ministry leadership – Encounter Weekend retreats & Garden day retreats, Pink Bible Study , Prayer Ministry team, Uganda & Honduras Mission trips, Children’s ministry

Hope Fellowship, Frisco, TX (2002 – 2008) Women’s Bible Study, Small group leader, greeter/host, children’s ministry

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Spiritual / personal growth through participation in alone time with God, developing a solid relationship with Him – growing in my relationship with my husband in spiritual ways.

Spiritual growth through participation in mentoring relationships with older, Godly women , learning how to be a leader from their teaching, encouragement, equipping and empowering me to become a leader.

Spiritual growth through participation in Bible studies and small groups; serving internationally on mission field, leadership with Women’s Ministry & Prayer Ministry

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

I made decisions based on my feelings which lead to situations that were not good for me. My direction was driven and influenced by insecurity and wounds from rejection. Jesus rescued me from the pit of sin I was in and set me on solid gound. This drives my passion for other women to be set free like I have been . I’m still being rescued every day now – diving deeper and deeper into relationship with Christ.

Being a child of divorce was very hard – tough teen and young adult years. I have compassion for others who experience this. Fortunately, through this, Jesus became my Daddy – in the absence of a deep relationship with my earthy father. It has given me a passion for younger girls – to minister truth to them about who they really are in Christ – live that way!!

Feeling “sidelined” in my church body – not welcomed or valued – becoming a spiritual orphan, lead me to focus on appreciating my current family even more, to intentionally include others and build them up and encourage them to walk in their true purpose and identity in Christ.
