Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up attending church all my life. I accepted Christ at the age of seven, led by my mother.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

First UB/elem3nt church – Church leadership including Finance Committee Chairman, Personal Relations Chairman, Elder

Elem3nt church – Youth volunteer Led Jr High and Sr High youth group for four years after no youth pastor

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Jolene and I were asked to be in charge of fundraising for a youth mission trip to Honduras where 38 youth and 10 adults were going with a total cost of going being over $40,000. We felt very under qualified for the task and had to give it to God to do. We made Eph 3:20-21 our verse of encouragement. God blessed and more funds were raised than required where we were able to leave some funds in Honduras and also purchase the Jesus movie in Spanish and a projector to take and leave in Honduras.

We had various small group experiences. The last one we were in at elm3nt was a purposeful Life Group where we held each other accountable, encouraged one another and were able to grow in Christ together.

My college life at Huntington College. The Christ-centered teaching from faculty members demonstrated how to encorporate Christ in your every day life.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

We have been in several small groups where it was more of a social gathering rather than for God’s purpose. Which was very frustrating for me.

Several occasions where someone has stated that they will be responsible for something and then does not follow through
