Thank you Brittany Gillette for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. #1 Gift, Prophecy (96%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I count it an honor and a privilege to be a friend of God, and to reveal His heart to all people. It is His desire that we lean into Him and release what He is saying and showing us as His sons and daughters. One encounter with a word of knowledge, or a prophetic word from the Father that rocks your world, and shows that you are on the Fathers heart, that He sees and knows you from the inside out. It changes everything

#2 Gift, Administration (93%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I am a very organized person, I have a great task oriented personality that likes to have things where they can easily be found or gotten to. I also am a planner and like to help others succeed by giving resources that are needed to make them shine. I have also been in management positions for the last 14 years.

#3 Gift, Teaching (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
People deserve to be taught how to think not what to think, and that is one of my passions. The ability to share wisdom and insight that will unlock their ability to think for themselves. We learn and gain understanding of the revelation and knowledge of the Kingdom to share with others that we may grow into our full identity of who we have always been. Watching truth be reveal is such a beautiful timeless event. I love to help others see new perspectives and walk deeper into the fullness we have been freely given through Jesus.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love co larboring with my husband in ministry and watching our children grow into the sons and daughters God that they were created to be from times beginning.

2. I love to bring all people into an encounter with the Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit that will forever change their lives and impact not just them but the world around them. To where they are shifting atmospheres and and becoming fully alive.

3. I love to see the words I speak create the world around me. I love partnering with Heaven in every detail of my life and watch the reality of Heaven on Earth manifest around me.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I genuinely love to work with all people, that are hungry for the manifest reality of Heaven on Earth. Age is not a factor for me I am drawn to the heart not to an age.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Things that excite me are the coming together with like minded people in the church that will transform a region, a state and a nation.
A church concern would be with leadership that do not have people that hold them accountable, in life things happen and can become a slow fade of destruction if no one is their to lift them up and call them back into who they are.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I am a sixth generation pastor. I was born and raised in a loving Christian home and saved at the age of five. I have loved the Lord literally my whole live. I have seen His faithfulness and goodness in every moment. I had a life changing encounter on Pentecost Sunday of 2011 where the tangible manifest presence of God had taken over me and I was baptized in the Holy Spirit. It is something I had prayed for since I was little but never had experienced it for myself, but it never shock the reality I knew of God to be good. From that day on my life was radically changed to a deeper understanding of who God was and how close He really is to us, we just have to step into what He has freely given. One encounter and no one can ever make you second guess the reality of God.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Lead worship and bringing people into an encounter with God all over the world

4. Open a house and haven for teenagers that feel like they don’t have a place of belonging or acceptance. To provide an environment of love and encouragement, and provide resources for their growth and success.
