Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Grew up in a Christian home, gave my life to Jesus at 5, confirmed it later. My relationship with Jesus has become more my own, closer, and stronger over the decades.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

On worship teams and/or in small or large musical performing groups throughout my life, until I had kids. I also currently lead the worship times at my office.

Led Bible study groups – At college and at Wellspring

Kids’ ministry

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Very strong youth group experiences and dedicated, caring youth group leaders

Solid experience in Christian high school and college – solid teaching, solid teachers/professors, solid friendships with godly people

Lots of athletics and outdoor/backwoods camping activities and musical opportunities

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

My mother’s Bipolar Disorder, and other sad and/or traumatic experiences.

Many friends’ sexual abuse/assault experiences that they confided to me.

A confusing, intense, painful 7-year failed romantic relationship. Great insecurity, great loneliness.

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Going overseas to do trauma work in crisis situations.

4. Co-leading, or at least participating in, frequent, intense backpacking trips in the wilderness.

5. Music – writing it, playing it, singing it – in private for Jesus, and occasionally with other people and for other people.
