Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was raised Catholic. However, even though I attended every service and Bible class that was required of me as a child, I did not feel a connection to God. I had so many questions that went unanswered and this prevented me from connecting. When I was a teenager, I rebelled and stated I would not go to church with my family on Sundays. At age 18, my grandfather (mentor and role model) passed away after a long battle with stomach cancer. Twenty-eight days later, my father passed from a heart attack. I was devastated. Two immense losses in such a short period of time. My downward spiral began. I was filled with anger and grief. So much pain. I moved out of my mother’s house and went to live with friends. I focused all my energy into work and going out. This paid off at work as I was quickly promoted through the ranks and had my own store within a year. I was the youngest store manager in my district. However, inside I felt nothing other than anger and loneliness. Finally, after years of this, I broke down. I was alone in my apartment and just fell to the floor. The pain was too much for me to bear. For the first time in years, I cried. I cried, screamed, and just let so much anger out at God. I yelled at Him for abandoning me, for not loving me enough to connect, for taking my grandfather, for taking my father, for everything. When I was finished I just put my head back down on the floor and continued sobbing. Then, suddenly, I felt the weight being lifted off my shoulders. I felt this warm hug. I can’t really explain it. But I knew He was there. I knew that He was taking the weight off and letting me feel His love for me. I was filled with joy and began laughing uncontrollably. I grabbed His hand that day and I have not let it go since.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Being able to find a church in Orlando that provided me with the knowledge I had longed for.

Meeting my husband and finding an unconditional ally in him. Being able to share this journey with him as well as start a family.

Being able to find a new church home in Brevard County that helps me combine my knowledge of the Word with servicing others within the church.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Losing my grandfather and father have helped give me compassion to relate to others that have suffered a loss

Having fertility issues, a high risk pregnancy, premature baby, and then subsequently postpartum depression have helped me cherish the blessing of motherhood even more as well as relating to mothers that may have gone or are currently going through similar challenges.

Having a stepson that was abandoned by his mother, has anger/trust issues, and is currently in prison has developed a passion in me for At-Risk children
