Thank you keiko for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
[E]xperience
i was born a Christian
CEFC, Tech Crew, Visuals and Lights, 2017-2019
Joining the Student Council and becoming the president of my first CCA has helped me grow not only in terms of my leadership capabilities, but these experiences have also molded me into a more confident and outspoken person
I met a friend who had a very interesting perspective towards life and this mindset of his grew onto me. This changed the way I viewed certain aspects of life, as well as my attitude towards these aspects
In primary school, I was not the best at Math and I often scored Bs or Cs. However, I met a Math teacher in P5 who not only managed to pull up my Math grade to an A*, but she also made it a point to constantly check up on me since I was also struggling with my own personal problems during that time. Her advice really spoke to me and helped me to overcome my problems while also growing stronger at the same time
In P5, I was separated from my friends as we were split into different classes. I was in the “second-top” class and they were in the “top” class. Initially, I was very upset over the reshuffling of classes. However, this allowed me to learn to be independent, as well as motivated me to work harder in life.
I had a big dispute with one of my closest friends when I was Sec 1. During this time, I displayed much toxic behaviour that disturbed quite a number of people around me. Although it took me some time to identify my toxic behaviours, I eventually managed to cease these behaviours and I grew to become a better person
