My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up in church and at 13 I decided to follow Christ never forgetting my baptism vows are to serve Christ until death

Hospitality Ministry – Refreshment (approximately 6 years)

Discipleship – (approximately 5 years)

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

I had teachers in primary and high schools who made me feel special – this has helped me to value and affirm others

I have been blessed twice with wonderful husbands – so I don’t take relationships for granted

The support of church family during my period of mourning was awesome and has enabled me to empathize and give support more

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

When I was a child my father was attached and both his arms were chopped (over 120 stitches to both hands and arms) and I had to help feed him, comb his hair and brush his teeth. This has helped me to be more caring and attentive to the needs of others

The death of my first husband and about 10 close family and friends in a three month period has helped me to be sympathetic and value people (souls) and relationships over things – as Solomon says everything is vanity
