S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Kali Cooke for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have always loved to help people, especially those that are viewed as “less” in the world. I want those people to feel loved and important and that they matter. (I was a therapist for many years). My heart physically hurts when those around me hurt and I am very empathetic with others emotions.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I feel that God has blessed me and our family with more than we need and so should give as much as possible. I also absolutely LOVE to give presents to people and to see them smile. I like people to know that they matter and they are important.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I do not enjoy being the center of attention. I really enjoy being more in the background and being able to help where I can. I do not like the credit. I especially would like to again serve/help those that are viewed as “less than” so that they can see that they are indeed important.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
I accepted Jesus at 5 years old at church and was baptized in middle school. I grew up in a Christian family but really grew as a Christian in my teen years and again in College as I was able to truly figure out on my own what it meant to follow and trust in Jesus and make that decision for myself. I have seen Jesus work in many many ways over the years
Currently on Worship team playing keys/vocals
Also have played on worship band at Church of Cross in Bluffton (keys/vocals), Northpoint Community Church (flute) in Atlanta, and Northwood Assembly Church’s (flute) college ministry, Genesis, in Charleston. Played flute at Hilton Head PCA in the worship band as well. Played in the praise band and choir when Cornerstone was First Baptist and also led the youth band (guitar)

Led several girls bible studies and helped with weekly teaching as well as youth bands at First Baptist Bluffton and James Island. Helped out with the youth group at Northpoint Community Church

The birth of my children
A tragic death of a just married friend in college

Wrapping It Up
The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?
1. My Relationship with GOD
2. My Relationship with Others
- Putting Your Spouse First
- Your Kids Second
- Everyone Else After those
3. Go on a missions trip. Never been on one…I’d also like to meet our sponsored child in Uganda at some point.
4. Purchase an entire coffee farm and financially support the farm family making sure they had clothes, food, water, school…meet their needs.
5. Volunteer my music and therapy services to see people smile again. I want to find a way to help hurting people or those that can’t help themselves. Just not sure what that looks like anymore.
