Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

There was an alter call and I realized that I was a sinner after hearing the message and I went forward and professed Christ as my savior.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Salt & Light: Executive Director: Camp Director & support, Bus driver, Father/Son Group Leader, Campership Coordination, Partnership Development

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Developing Activities for my youth group when I was a Teen

My Aunt Janet & Grandma Miller taking my Brother and I when my mom and Dad had to work – I got to see what they did and how they lived their lives and I wanted to be like them. I didn’t know it at the time.

Starting a Bible Club in my High School and walking through the process with teachers who’d support me and meeting my principal to review the proposal and plan. From their I became Captain of my Football team and started demos for the team and a see you at the pole annual gathering.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Being mocked and made fun of by other kids on the bus and in school.

Being left alone with my brother after school and us fighting constantly. My brother tried to hurt me with knives when we were home alone.

Finding out that most of my classmates had been having sex and a number of them were doing drugs and trading each other off as partners and the hurt and pain they expereinced.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Develop a Missions organization that brought teens and adults to Winchester to learn how to do local missions and teach them how to do it back in their own community through regular communication and contact by sending youth and adults to them and having them return every so many years.

4. Seminary Professor for outreach and community involvement.

5. Establish a Christian School that would draw in children and families from the region.
