We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

I am a teacher of math, science, and fitness. I enjoy working with my students, ages 5-85. I also love Jesus and His Word. I love to bask in His glory and praise His Name. I love to share that Peace and Grace with others, and invite them to join me in Worship and Study of His Word. I like to be an educator, a teacher, perhaps even a pastor to others.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
[E]xperience
I grew up going to church (UMC) with my parents in a small southern town. I grew apart from Christ during my college years, and I grew to know him again within the past year as I found PVC. I could not do life without Him.
My upbringing to be loyal, truthful, kind, caring, hard-working, sensitive, strong
My mentors (teachers, trainers, managers) that showed me how to do what I wanted to do in the best way possible, who showed care and support through it all
My family in general, a faithful and tight-knit group
Mental illness, something I’ve battled my entire life. It does not go away, but if you accept help, it can be treated and managed. I am extremely passionate about helping people with mental illness and helping them get help—this is a possible ministry I’d be interested in!!
The struggle to find a Christian group that I felt a part of and accepted by. I am a gay male. Finding an accepting and supportive group at PVC has been so important to my confidence, my Faith journey, and my well-being.
Growing up with learning and social disabilities that made it harder to succeed academically and build relationships with others. Working with students who have challenges is a passion of mine.
