#1 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (96%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I’ve been through a lot in my life and if God can keep me he can keep anyone. Testimonies are the strongest thing that we can use to encourage someone.

#2 Gift, Prophecy (96%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Knowing the word will always give a clear path of a persons future. The word is truth and does not lie. So by connecting a persons lifestyle to what the word says you can just about tell what that persons future will be like whether its good or bad and also what changes can be made to change it

#3 Gift, Evangelism (93%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I think evangelism comes from being rooted in the word and not wavering when things come up, leading by example. When things are wrong, say its wrong. When things are right say they are right and stand on it.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Sing

2. Help people in need

3. Making people laugh

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I like to work with younger people because they are not so set in their ways like older folks. Life has a way of making people rough around the edges over the years.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

OUTREACH!! I feel for people that need help. Doesn’t matter the race, religion, political views etc. When a person needs help that’s just what it is.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I became a true christian at a time where I was really tired of the way I was living. I tried doing things my way when I knew that it wasn’t the way God had designed for me. I felt that I had shown so much disrepect to him living the way i was and he continued to show love and mercy towards me. So I decided that I wanted what he wanted for me and not just me, for my children as well.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

St. Mary Primitive Baptist Church
punta gorda, fla
served as Musician, member of the Mens group, dj for the primitive baptist conventions and organizer/planning for the youth of the conventions.

Revival Ministries
apopka, fla
served as deacon, minister, treasurer, song writer, composer, and musician

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Seeing my older brother give his life to the lord

Watching how my mother and father served and still serve the lord with all their hearts.

Being trained at a young age to speak boldly in front of crowds. It helped me get rid of the stage fright

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Being involved with drugs

Causing harm to people that harmed me and thinking that it’s justice.

Taking advantage of women
