Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

A slow process of nurturing, support, encouraging,
Leadership, personal witnessing, by Wife and close friends. Plus patient leadership of pastors.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Church choir and music leader for many years.
Active as Deacon with leadership responsibilities.
Three time participation in Pastoral search activities.

Most of this experience came while living in rural areas of Wyoming, South Dakota, and Washington.

Last church was Warden Community Church in Warden, WA.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Participation inMen’s Quartet who witnessed to me.
A well focused wife who led me through many stages of development. Opportunity to use my music love for church choirs and church music.

S mall communities that needed stable participation and leadership opportunities.

Was selected in HS for Boys State recognition leading to State and Fed Gov. training.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

1. Lost support of a local school board that had strong different Christian backgrounds.

2. Was a smoker for many years. Yea, , , , no longer am hindered with that challenge. Thank GOD!

3 Ran away from home as a freshman in HS. Just so I could play football. Mother refused to sign permission form due to heart issues that were not factual. Later returned to family while in college.
