Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

My bestfriend had Bible study in their home and the leader reached out to me until one day I received Jesus in my heart. In college, I was invited to join a campus ministry and that’s where I learned more about Jesus through Bible studies and being part of a discipleship group in the church that I begun attending then.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

In the first church that I went to, I was a youth leader and also in the campus ministry. I was part of the music team and taught in Sunday School children for a short time.
I also volunteered to a prayer mobilization network on 2001 that enabled me to travel to different countries. I also led several youth mission teams in the past. I was sent to another country to help a Filipino church train their young people in the ministry.

I served in a Christian NGO for 12 years as Teachers’ Trainer for preschool program. I travelled extensively during that time from one province to the next overseeing the schools’ operation and the teachers’ well-being.
I was sent to a disaster-stricken community up on the mountains where I functioned as project manager responsible for managing and directly working on the construction of 80 housing units and helping the people regain normalcy. I served for 2 years.

I studied Social Work on 2007 and graduated on 2009 and was a caseworker for individuals for some years before concentrating on working with communities by mobilizing community Christian volunteers from different churches for moral recovery and social development programs from 2016 to present.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Deciding to work as full time missionary of IFL ICDMI in City of Cabuyao from 1991 to present.
Deciding to go back to school and study social work;

Attending life changing trainings and conferences like
1.. JRev Nazarite Training
2. Global Leadership Conferences
3. HAGGAI Leadership Training Institute
4. Lausanne Congress
5. Intentional Discipleship Conferences
-Accepting invitation to be part of the national executive committee of Jesus Revolution Now! International;
-Accepting invitation to be part of United Prayer Rising International mobilization team;

Adopting my daughter.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Entering into a relationship at a wrong time, breaking it and not being able to restore the tie.

Death of loved ones esp. my mother at a very young age of 12 and learning how to be strong and independent.

Having to resign from a work for irreconcilable differences with the superior.
