[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love to serving and helping others, at times I am exhausted but it’s difficult for me not to help & serve others when asked, or when I’m needed, serving others brings me such a joy It definitely fulfills my life.

2. I love to lead, I feel God gave me this great ability to lead others, I also feel I have this great gift to motivate, which in turn you need it to be able to lead others. I am often given tasks at work to lead committees and to figure out how to get things accomplished… when I do it brings me joy.

3. Spending time with the Lord brings me such joy! I wish I had more time to do this! I often think of when I retire how much time I will have to do this!!

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I love to work with High School Students… there’s something about that age that I feel drawn to.. at church I tested many ministries, serving different age groups, and the minute I tried High School ministry, I knew that this is the group of people I wanted to minister to.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Once again High School Ministry concerns me the most… I feel if we don’t make an impact on their lives at this time, we may loose then..

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

After years of

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Christ Fellowship, served in Student Ministry, as a leader for over 8 years. Served in Guest Services Ministry for three years.

Christ Fellowship Global Ministry, traveled to undeserved areas in a few countries. Lead a Small Group of over 30 women for almost 8 years

Currently serving in Caring for Miami, missional arm of Christ fellowship.
Currently serving in Youth for Christ Juvenile Justice Ministry.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Realized my passion for Student Ministry.

Realized how my heart hearts for the undeserved and for the people struggling with issues and things they are going through… it made me realize how much I can cry!! LOL

Made me realized how much companion I really have for others.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Drugs were a big part of my life, and with God’s help my life changed dramatically from one day to the next.. I can use my experience to help others.

At one time I had plenty, and that changed from one day to the next.. I saw how God worked in me and through me during those times…

I struggled (and still do at times) with being of word not just in it… However I see how God has worked and is continuously working in me to change me..
