IM ENERGETIC FROM ALWAYS BEING ACTIVE SO I CAN KEEP UP WITH THE YOUNG ONES

I WAS IN TAE KWON DO FOR YEARS HEAVILY ACTIVE IN IT. SO I LEARNED DISAPLINE SELF CONTROL AND ENDURANCE FROM IT.
